Image and Print Quality

All images for purchase have been captured with a Nikon D850 or D500 professional grade digital camera and come printed at 300ppi using an Epson 11880 Large Format 60" Inkjet printer with archival inks to produce only the highest quality prints. Each image has been carefully calibrated to sRGB colour space. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of colours, some very minor discrepancies may be present due to the differences in colour profiles and brightness settings on different display monitors.

Delivery times:

For all orders within Australia please allow up to 10 business days from confirmation of purchase to receive your order. For orders outside of Australia, please allow up to 15 business days. Please note these are only estimates and delivery of items may take longer due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping and Handling:

All rolled prints are shipped safely in a mailing tube and delivered via a courier service or Australia Post. International buyers must agree that Josh Blank Photography and Wild Narrative are not liable for any import taxes or fees into the country that the print is being delivered.

Once a print order has been processed and sent to our printing lab for fulfilment, cancellation of orders will not be accepted. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and details as Josh Blank Photography or Wild Narrative will not be held liable in the event of mistakes.

In the unlikely event you notice any damage on your product, or it is incorrect, it is important that you notify Josh Blank Photography at joshblankphotography@outlook.com immediately and include photos (if required). We will review all instances on a case-by-case basis and do all we can to either replace the damaged goods or offer a refund.

All images and written content included in Wild Narrative online blog remain the property of the photographer and/or author and are subject to copyright. It is prohibited to download, copy, print, manipulate or reproduce any of the included images and/or written content without the written consent of Wild Narrative.

Under no circumstances can the Wild Narrative publication be downloaded and then sold or redistributed without the written consent by Wild Narrative.
